1. Who is responsible for the data

SFL Cloud is responsible for processing personal data collected through the public portal, account registration, user authentication, subscription management, support, commercial contact forms, and the operation of its online services. Privacy inquiries may be sent to rmendezAbogados@gmail.com.

2. Data we may collect

Depending on the user's interaction with SFL Cloud, we may process identification and contact data, business or company data, email address, telephone number, account and access information, subscription and payment-related records, support communications, consent records, IP address, browser or device information, audit and security events, and information entered by the user into the operational platform.

Business data entered into SFL Cloud may include information relating to customers, suppliers, products, invoices, payments, collections, inventory, documents, POS transactions, online orders, and other records needed to use the enabled features.

3. Why we process data

Data may be processed to create and administer accounts; verify email addresses; authenticate users; provide subscribed functionality; manage subscriptions and payments; respond to commercial inquiries and support requests; maintain security and audit trails; prevent abuse and unauthorized access; deliver transactional communications; comply with applicable obligations; diagnose incidents; and improve the reliability and usability of SFL Cloud.

4. Basis for processing

Processing may be based, as applicable, on the user's request to create or operate an account, performance of the service relationship, explicit consent, legitimate security and operational needs, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where consent is the relevant basis, the user may withdraw it for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. Service providers and third parties

SFL Cloud may rely on infrastructure, hosting, email, security, payment, connectivity, or other technology providers when necessary to operate the service. Such providers should receive only the information reasonably required to perform their function and may be subject to contractual, technical, or legal confidentiality and security obligations.

SFL Cloud does not sell users' personal data as a business model. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid authority request, protection of rights and security, or as otherwise permitted with the user's authorization.

6. Security measures

SFL Cloud uses technical and organizational controls designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of information. These may include password protection, session security, access controls, private databases, audit logs, verification mechanisms, backups, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain the account, meet contractual and legal requirements, protect security and audit records, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements. After account closure, some information may remain for legally or operationally necessary periods and within technical backup cycles before final deletion.

8. User rights and requests

Subject to applicable law and the nature of the data, users may request access, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, or other legally available treatment of their personal information. Requests should identify the account or information concerned and may require reasonable identity verification before being processed.

Requests may be sent to rmendezAbogados@gmail.com.

9. Cookies, sessions, and technical data

SFL Cloud may use essential cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sessions, remember language preferences, protect forms, and support security and authentication. Technical logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, session events, and security data needed to operate and protect the service.

10. Minors

SFL Cloud is intended for business and professional use and is not designed as a service directed to minors. A person creating or administering an account must have sufficient authority and legal capacity to do so.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service, security practices, providers, or applicable requirements. The published document will identify its version and effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the platform, email, or another reasonable channel.

12. Privacy contact

Questions or requests regarding privacy and personal data may be sent to rmendezAbogados@gmail.com.

This Policy is read together with the SFL Cloud Terms of Service.
