What is SFL Cloud?
SFL Cloud is a cloud business platform that integrates sales, invoicing, Point of Sale, Online Store, purchases, inventory, cash management, banking, accounting, human resources, payroll, reports, and analytics in one environment.
Can I issue cash and credit invoices?
Yes. The system supports cash and credit invoicing, as well as collections and partial payments so each customer's outstanding balance remains visible.
Does SFL Cloud include accounting?
Yes. SFL Cloud includes an integrated Accounting module with Chart of Accounts, Journals, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Reports, and Analytics, plus banking and reconciliation tools.
Do system operations connect with Accounting?
SFL Cloud is designed to maintain traceability between operations and their accounting origin. Sales, purchases, collections, payments, and banking operations can integrate with the accounting records enabled for the company.
Can SFL Cloud be used by individuals and companies?
Yes. SFL Cloud is designed for individuals carrying out commercial or professional activities and for companies that need to organize and connect different areas of their operation.
Do I need to install any software?
No. SFL Cloud works 100% online from your browser. You can access it from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device with an Internet connection.
What do I need to enable electronic invoicing (e-CF)?
You need two things: your company's digital signature certificate (a .p12 or .pfx file with its password, issued by an authorized certification authority in the Dominican Republic) and the test set provided by the DGII (an Excel file). SFL Cloud guides you with an assistant and runs the technical process for you.
How long does enablement take?
Total time depends on the DGII review stages, and we cannot promise a duration. SFL Cloud automates the preparation, signing and submission of your test invoices, and guides you through each stage. Approval of your application and final authorization are granted by the DGII, and its timing does not depend on SFL Cloud.
How many invoices can I issue each month?
It depends on the active plan. The Plans section displays the current monthly limits and identifies when a plan includes unlimited invoicing.
How much does SFL Cloud cost?
Current pricing is shown directly in the Plans section. That information comes from SFL Cloud's active commercial configuration to avoid displaying outdated values.
Is there a discount if I pay annually?
When annual billing is available for a plan, the Plans section displays the annual price, applicable discount, and corresponding savings based on the current commercial configuration.
Will my data be separate from other SFL Cloud users?
Yes. Each SFL User operates with a private, independent SFL Database so their business information remains separate from other platform users.
Can I manage bank accounts and reconciliations?
Yes. The Banking area supports bank accounts, payments, deposits, transfers, reconciliations, bank statements, and reconciliation history, according to the features enabled for the account.
Does SFL Cloud include Human Resources and Payroll?
Yes. SFL Cloud includes HR and Payroll capabilities for employees, salaries, withholdings, employer contributions, vacation, attendance, loans, benefits, payroll periods, and reports.
Is my digital signature certificate safe?
Yes. The certificate is stored encrypted and is only used to sign your electronic documents. Each company is enabled separately, with its own certificate and its own information.
How much does the e-CF enablement service cost?
There is no additional cost. e-CF enablement is included in every SFL Cloud plan. If you have questions, write to us from "Request enablement".
